Dear Guest,

your room is reserved once you have received a reservation confirmation from our side.

All prices include breakfast buffet, internet access, parking and VAT.

The prices are all excluded of local city tax which is 2, - € / day for guests older than 16 years and 1,30 € / day for guests from 6 to 15 years.

All our holiday guests can take city bus to the city - the ticket is included in the price (only for guests who have booked through our website www.adler-lindau.de). The free city center bus use is only subject to our holiday guests - business travelers and conference participants these tickets are not valid.

In case of cancellation, early departure or last minute change we allow us to charge you the resulting financial loss. Our cancellation policy is considered to be compliant with the legal provisions as follows:

More than 2 weeks before arrival date the cancellation is free of charge,

2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booking price,

less than 6 days before arrival and early departure due to inclement weather, illness or other unforeseeable cases we will charge 80% of the agreed price.

However, there will be no cancellation fee in case we are able to rent out the room after your cancellation.

Between 10 March to 31 March and 2 November to 20 December all cancellations submitted to us earlier than 5 days before arrival are free of charge.

The cancellations must be submitted in written form via fax, letter or email to Hotel-Gasthof Adler.
